Seafood
We only accept the freshest seafood and then filet
it by hand in our temperature controlled cutting room. Our steaks
are also hand cut and we use only USDA Choice mid-western beef.
Served with a Dinner or Caesar salad and a choice
of side dish.

BIMINI STUFFED GROUPER
Florida black grouper stuffed with crab, shrimp and scallops. Grilled
and topped with white wine, lemon and mushroom sauce.
CEDAR PLANK SALMON
Fresh Atlantic salmon grilled on a cedar plank for a great smoky
flavor.
CARIBBEAN LOBSTER TAIL
1/2 pound of succulent Caribbean lobster. Available either broiled
or stuffed with shrimps, scallops and crab.
MAHI MAHI
Sicilian oak grilled, Cajun or fried
TUNA TERIYAKI
Sushu grade tuna, oak grilled, served on a bed of teriyaki glaze,
topped with sprouts and drizzled with Japanese wasabi.
STONE CRAB CLAWS (in season)

Sauteed with garlic, butter and spices, served with a salad and
lots of bread.
SHRIMP GRILLE
Jumbo shrimp (isn’t that an oxymoron?) grilled with fresh
veggies, served over rice.
