Between
Keith’s interest in the various rums of the world, and Jen’s
having spent some time down in the Virgin Islands, it’s no
wonder that we have a specialty rum bar at the Conch Republic Grill!
From lighter rums that are the spark that make a conch-tail special,
to single-barrel aged rums that you sip like a good single-malt
scotch, we think we’ve got the best. Not to say, of course,
that we’re not always on the lookout for additions to the
collection, so check back often!
